Victoria and Kelly’s DC Pinstripes wedding in Georgetown was all about personal touches, connection, and creating space for joy. Their celebration at Pinstripes DC, a unique Georgetown wedding venue known for its bowling lanes, canal views, and cozy ballrooms, was the perfect reflection of their priorities: fun, warmth, and togetherness.
Portraits at the Ritz-Carlton Georgetown
Before heading to Pinstripes DC for their ceremony, Victoria and Kelly spent time taking photos at the Ritz-Carlton Georgetown. The historic charm of the building’s brick exterior and the cozy elegance of its spaces created the perfect backdrop for their portraits. These early photos captured the excitement and joy of the day, with the couple soaking in a few peaceful moments together before the celebration began.
Ceremony at the Pinstripes DC Canal Room
Victoria and Kelly said their vows in the Pinstripes Canal Room, surrounded by natural light streaming through the large windows overlooking the canal. The ceremony space felt inviting and personal, starting with a custom welcome sign featuring an illustration of both brides in their wedding gowns alongside their two cats.
Another personal touch that wowed guest was their creative record guest book that featured their first dance song.
One of the most meaningful moments of Victoria and Kelly’s Pinstripes DC wedding ceremony was their handfasting ritual. With a beautifully braided cord, their hands were gently bound together as a symbol of their commitment and connection.
Cocktail hour took place downstairs in the bowling alley, where Victoria and Kelly swapped their wedding shoes for personal bowling sneakers. They kicked off the festivities with a few fun photos on the lanes before inviting all their guests to join them in bowling.
Guests joined in, bowling between bites of stationed appetizers and sips of cocktails. This fun-first approach is exactly why Pinstripes DC is such a great wedding venue for couples who want their day to feel relaxed, joyful, and guest-focused.
When planning their wedding, fun was a top priority for Victoria & Kelly, so our team loved watching them have a blast bowling and connecting with their favorite people.
Reception at the Pinstripes DC Ballroom
Before entering the upstairs ballroom, guests picked up personalized movie-ticket escort cards. Each card had their name and a movie that Victoria and Kelly chose just for them, a sweet surprise that had guests smiling and chatting as they found their seats.

Once guests were seated, Victoria & Kelly started the reception with an upbeat first dance together, followed by two heartfelt toasts and a delicious family-style dinner. Seated with their wedding party at the head table, Victoria and Kelly soaked in the love and laughter all around them.
Dance the Night Away (and Beyond!)
As the lights dimmed and the uplighting glowed, the dance floor filled to “Shut Up and Dance” by Walk the Moon. While some guests danced the night away in the ballroom, others played oversized Connect Four in the adjoining Canal Room.
One of the biggest hits of the evening? The gelato bar served within an ice sculpture. It was an unforgettable treat that had everyone lining up for a taste!
And because fun was the theme of the day, the celebration didn’t end after the last song. The after-party kept the energy going with late-night bowling and mouthwatering snacks. Victoria and Kelly ended the night cozied up together on lounge furniture, taking in every joyful moment of their DC Pinstripes wedding.
