I really wanted and needed a wedding planner – my wife and I have different approaches to planning, and having Kristy let us know when we didn’t need to worry, and when we needed to work on wedding stuff, was a godsend. She’s direct and clear, she went over details thoroughly and often with us while taking so much work off our hands, and she has the experience to explain our options when we didn’t know we had them. She took the pressure off of a lot of decisions, and let us focus on the decisions and work that mattered to us. And when we had problems getting our custom escort cards printed, she printed them for us with her own printer – TRULY generous and easy to work with. Not only was the planning smooth and thorough, the event went off without a hitch. I felt relaxed and focused on us, knowing Kristy and Alex were there. What a great team!

We worked with Kristy and Angela (Angela was out lead coordinator) for our September wedding at Westfields Gold Club. We did the Signature Support package. From the moment we first met with Kristy, and later Angela, we had total confidence that the planning would go smoothly. In the 3 months leading up to the wedding, we were relieved to not worry about back-and-forth emails with our vendors and the venue. Kristy and Angela took care of all of this. It was amazingly relaxing to be able to carry on with life and work as normal, knowing everything was taken care of.
I expected to be stressed and worried as the wedding got closer, but I actually become more and more relaxed as Kristy and Angela’s role became larger given our package selection.
Especially awesome things Kristy and Angela did for us: when we met with our vendors, they thought of every question we needed to ask and made sure we asked it; we were able to use their vendors list to find some amazing vendors; on wedding day, they were totally relaxed and made sure we were relaxed (if anything almost went wrong, we had no idea about it); they provided us with really helpful guides and planning sheets throughout the process – even though we didn’t have the full planning package we felt supported every step of the way; they were super responsive and confident in the planning which put us at ease. I very highly recommend hiring Weddings by Kristy.
Feedback Survey:
We had total confidence in WBK after meeting with Kristy and seeing how organized and thoughtful she was about the wedding process. We had read awesome reviews and figured WBK would be a good fit for us, but meeting Kristy and later Angela really sealed the deal. It was so nice to have two people along for our wedding planning “ride” that we had total confidence in and who cared about what we cared about: us expressing ourselves most authentically throughout our wedding celebration. If we had not hired WBK, we would have spent the last 3-4 months before our wedding buried in emails and very stressed about coordinating with the vendors and keeping track of the all the details and deadlines. Instead, we were relaxed and able to carry on our lives as normal while Kristy and Angela took care of the planning. It was such a relief to go home from a long day at work and see emails between WBK and our vendors solidifying details. WBK did a great job setting up our decorations as instructed and making sure we were calm and relaxed throughout the day and evening. We really felt taken care of and so grateful that Angela and Kristy would be there for us. We definitely felt supported beyond the logistics and planning as we could tell Kristy and Angela truly wanted the best day for us.

We had the wedding day of our dreams thanks to Kristy and her amazing team! We used her full planning service, which included expert guidance through brainstorming, budgeting (which she did for us after we sent her our priorities and vision), venue searches, vendor sourcing, vendor communication, timelines, and unlimited video and phone calls. We cannot tell you how incredibly helpful that last option was for us. In addition to staying on top of every planning detail, Kristy also recommended the most amazing vendor team to make the wedding day incredible. My wife was a self-proclaimed anxious bride and hiring Kristy helped both of us relax, knowing for certain that Kristy and her team had our backs. If anything went wrong on the wedding day, we still don’t know about it because Kristy handled it so well. Kristy thought of everything, which took such a load off of our minds — we really loved working with her!

I want to share my wonderful experience working with Kristy planning my son’s June 2025 backyard wedding. My son and fiancé had a vision for their wedding day and Kristy met every idea with enthusiasm and the resources to make it happen. Her organizational skills kept everyone up to date and on time making decisions and deadlines. Her advice and experience was invaluable. So many little details and she had suggestions for everything and anything. She is friendly and easy to work with!
The bottom line is that our summer backyard wedding went off without a single hitch. Every vendor she hired nailed it. The set up and clean up exceeded my expectations. We had a glorious wedding day and were able to enjoy the day without a care in the world, because Kristy was all over it. We found Kristy on Instagram, we really liked her joyful demeanor and how inclusive she was. Working with Kristy was a delightful from the beginning, very professional, very responsive, full of ideas, etc. Initially, we did not appreciate how much effort is required to plan and coordinate a wedding but soon realized that ours would have been a disaster without Kristy. She helped us make it unique for us; she managed the various vendors and had every activity set out in a very detailed timeline.
On the day of the wedding, she was totally in control and did it in such a calm and professional manner. Our most amazing story is about a slideshow we had prepared of the evolution of our relationship which lead up to the wedding. Mark could not get the projector to work, so sadly, he gave up and went on to finish getting ready. Later, to our amazement, Kristy had managed to get it working and it was running for all the guests to enjoy. We strongly recommend Kristy to anyone who wants their wedding to be full of wonderful memories.

We are so grateful to have worked with Weddings by Kristy for our wedding. From our very first planning session with Kristy to the working with Angela our Lead Coordinator 3 months out, both Kristy and Angela were incredibly supportive, organized, and thoughtful.
Kristy provided amazing planning support in the months leading up to the wedding. Her Signature Support planning sessions gave us the peace of mind and confidence we needed to know everything would run smoothly. It was incredibly helpful having these additional scheduled check-ins with her and we are so glad that we added on this service! Her online resources and templates were extremely helpful during the planning process. Her communication was excellent and she was always quick to respond to our emails or happy to hop on a call.
Angela stepped in as our lead coordinator three months out, taking over vendor communication seamlessly. She led our rehearsal, created a detailed and thorough timeline, and truly became our advocate throughout the planning process. On the wedding day itself, Angela’s calm and capable presence made all the difference—especially when the unexpected happened—from finding a new baker the day before the wedding, to managing a power outage at our venue, and navigating rain on the day, she handled it all with such grace that we didn’t feel stressed for a moment. Everything still went off beautifully thanks to her. Angela truly went above and beyond for us. Even capturing some beautiful wedding day behind-the-scenes photos and videos on her phone that she shared with us the next day.
Weddings by Kristy made the wedding planning process feel seamless and helped us feel confident and relaxed on our wedding day knowing we were in great hands. We truly couldn’t imagine having done it without them. We would definitely recommend Weddings by Kristy to all of our friends!

We chose the partial planning package and it was the perfect amount of support throughout the process, with guidance on budget and contracts early on and then more robust logistical support closer to the day. On our wedding day, it was a joy to be able to just focus on getting married and spending time with our favorite people rather than being in the weeds on logistics. Choosing Angela and WBK for our big day was hands down the best decision we made (besides getting married). The monthly prompts and check lists were excellent guides for us to stay on track and Angela really helped us with all the final logistics starting a few months out. Angela was incredibly kind and professional, she helped us find some final vendors and made sure that all the logistics and timeline were rock solid. She was absolutely amazing day of as well and we had multiple guests comment on how smoothly things went, mostly due to Angela and WBK great work!
WBK’s excellent reputation really ensured that we had great service and care from our venue and allowed for some custom requests without additional fees or pushback.
We also really appreciate Angela tracking down some misplaced items after the wedding.
Angela made us feel so cared for throughout this whole process and we could not recommend her more!
We really appreciate not having to have our parents busy with wedding coordination and tasks day of which allowed everyone to enjoy the wedding day.

We worked with Destiny at Weddings By Kristy for three months leading up to our wedding, and she was a huge help throughout the planning process. The biggest thing we needed was someone to help us manage the incredibly long to-do list and make the project less overwhelming, and we’re really glad we had Destiny for that. Her organization and clear communication kept everything on track, especially in working with our vendor team to assemble the complete plan for the day. We were planning an east coast wedding from our home on the west coast, and on top of being flexible about the time difference, Destiny helped us make the most of the limited planning time we had on-site with the venue and caterer.
We had some unconventional ideas for our ceremony — WBK was all about supporting our creative vision, but also knew when to raise practical logistics issues we hadn’t considered, drawing on their experience from previous events to suggest changes that kept the heart of the idea intact while making the day a success. On the day, Kristy and her team were everywhere, coordinating with the venue and all the vendors to make sure everything happened the way it was supposed to. The whole team at WBK was also great about working with a nonbinary person, always respected pronouns, and very LGBTQ+ accepting. We’re very happy to have worked with them!

We chose to book with WBK because we felt a really strong sense of confidence from the way Kristy was explaining everything and ease when talking about the entire planning process. We felt that we would be taken care of and this probably just comes from the experience the team has. We also appreciated the rentals closet as that provided a safety net for us and security when thinking up final details. And the team had a LOT of resources for us which we loved (vendor recs, how to write a ceremony script, etc).
Once our support really kicked off from the WBK team, we really enjoyed having another person helping us with keeping on top of vendor emails, action items, and bringing up questions on things we were completely overlooking. Angela was always so accommodating to our questions and very quick to respond to us and to our vendors, so I couldn’t imagine how much slower progress would’ve been without her. I also enjoyed the customer service provided to us – for example, if something wasn’t known, Angela would always say she will check on it and get back to us with the answer. That’s great customer service right there!
All in all, we had an amazing experience with the WBK team and recommend anyone to work with you all in the future for their events to come! Our day was seamless (from our perspective) and that was definitely attributed to the team doing an amazing job during our wedding to let us focus on just having fun.

Kristy & her team were incredible! They brought my disco garden party dreams come true! Kristy was always available to meet and provide guidance through a very stressful process. She had patience and addressed all my concerns, no matter how weird they were. She also had spreadsheets and guides to help us through every step! She was organized, thoughtful and lovely! She had so many vendor contacts and everyone she suggested we work with was amazing! She did everything from reading over my save the dates, to sourcing an ice cream truck to arranging disco garlands all over the venue with a smile. Vibes play a huge part in why we chose your team. We wanted someone who was a bit more in touch with the current way weddings are in today’s world. We met with a few and I think we just wanted someone who we could relate to a little more. In that sense, it wasn’t really that someone needed 100 years of experience, we just wanted someone with experience from this generation, haha. You guys were very relaxing to work with, always positive, and we never felt panicked or rushed.
Google:
Angela, Kristy, and Geraldine were a great help to our wedding day and our planning process overall. We had the Signature Support package with Photo Guest Book, invitation management, and website creation and management.
All the planning sheets themselves were very comprehensive and had built-in formulas and conditional formatting that I appreciated greatly … The level of detail was extremely helpful and the team was very flexible in how we used or adjusted the sheets.
The photo guest book was a big hit with our guests, and I really appreciated that they provided two cameras, pens, and film. The guest book had so many pages that we may scrapbook additional photos into it later. Invitation management and website creation were also incredibly helpful and took big to-dos off our list.
My favorite part of working with them was how they handled our weather situation. We really wanted an outdoor ceremony and Angela advocated for us, coordinating both Plan A and Plan B simultaneously. When the weather shifted last minute, the team sprang into action and made it happen. I’ll always remember the generosity and proactiveness of WBK and our vendor team that day.
All in all, they were such nice people to work with. They minimized what I needed to worry about on the day-of, followed up with vendors, handled permits, and solved problems quietly and efficiently. They always seemed calm, capable, and never overwhelmed.

By far the best investment we made in our wedding was booking Weddings by Kristy. Kristy and the team were always super responsive and got back to us so quickly on any questions or concerns.
We decided to go with WBK because of the great reviews, impressive portfolio, and because Kristy immediately put us at ease during our initial conversation. Neither of us had attended many weddings before, so having someone with experience and strong vendor relationships allowed us to fully trust the process.
Our wedding day would have been significantly more stressful for us and our families if we hadn’t hired WBK — and the music wouldn’t have been as good!
